　　“2015 the 2ed Regular Meeting of South Area National Fighting Force Report” was held today and hosted by the convener and commander of the Fourth Operations District Lieutenant General Chi. Through the situational rehearsal and proposals, the military understood the operation of the command, improve integrated mechanisms and disaster prevention, and fortify the overall capacity of all-out defense.

　　In the afternoon, the report was held at the Fenghsiung camp in Kaohsiung. Almost 100 attendants participated in the meeting, including the executive secretary of Mobilization Report, Executive Yuan Yin, Jung-Yuan, officers from the 8th Army Command and Southern Region Reserve Command, and representatives from the Tainan, Kaohsiung, and Pingtung government. The meeting was held in accordance with procedures to strengthen coordination and connection, build good communication channels, and fulfill the preparation of all-out defense

　　Commander Chi encouraged participants to maintain the sense of urgency and master threats of the enemy and emphasized that only by the joint effort of the military and civilians, along with the national support and participation, could a sound all-out defense mobilization mechanism be built and the capacity of mobilization be gathered to fulfill disaster prevention, support operations, and ensure citizens’ property and safety.
